ABOUT US

Christians gathered unto the Name of the Lord Jesus

Where two or three are gathered together in My Name, there am I in the midst of them.

WELCOME

We are Christians who meet together for worship, prayer and Bible study in the Hatboro Gospel Hall. In addition, we are active in Sunday School and evangelism outreaches. Since 1929 we have met as a local church to serve God and be a testimony to the community for His glory.

We desire to provide a warm and spiritual atmosphere in which one can find eternal life and lasting peace through faith in Jesus Christ. For those who are believers, we encourage spiritual development and growth through Bible study and teaching.

We place great value on families. The future of children is vitally important to us; we strive to supply relevant moral teaching and spiritual guidance for young people.

You and your family are invited to attend the meetings. They are conducted in an orderly fashion with a reverence for God. No public collections or appeal for funds are made at any meeting.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

We believe the Bible is the living, unchanging Word of God and that every word is inspired by God. It is completely relevant and reliable and is sufficient to meet all our spiritual needs.

2 Timothy 3:16-17

The Bible teaches that Jesus Christ is God and that He became a Man in order to die on the cross as a substitute for sinners.

John 3:16

The Bible teaches us that mankind is born with a sinful nature. Our sins separate us from God and render us helpless to save ourselves.

Romans 3:23

The Bible teaches that only through the death of Christ can an individual be cleansed and forgiven. Salvation is by grace through faith. Receiving Christ as Savior and Lord is necessary if one is to be saved.

Ephesians 2:8-9

The Bible teaches that heaven is the eternal home of the saved and that hell and then the lake of fire is the eternal dwelling place of the unbeliever.

John 3:36

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God

and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof,

for correction, for instruction in righteousness.

2 Timothy 3:16
